Collar Construction

* How does a Martingale collar work?

* All metal hardware is welded or fully forged for durability, and the webbing is 600lb test or better polypropylene. Each stress point is double stitched using nylon upholstery thread to ensure safety.

* On 1.5" & 2" collars (except ornate collars that reduce to 1" in width), welded triangles are used at the leash connection to eliminate collar bunching caused by "D" ring rotation. Traditional “D” rings available, upon request.

* All reflective safety collars utilize sew-on 3M Scotchlite™ reflective material.

* Snap together buckle collars are 1" non-breakaway nylon, have a nylon adjustment slide and metal "D" ring.
